Regular Japanese SOFY Kiyora pantyliners are for discharge, perspiration and underwear soiling on non-period days. Check that a pantyliner is what you need before choosing a scent. Thinness does not make it a substitute for a menstrual pad or a urine-leakage product.

I’m Irene, a Taiwanese pharmacist licensed in Japan. This guide uses Japanese official product information to explain labels and shopping choices. It is not a hands-on wear test.
Japanese official sources checked: 23 October 2026. This guide compares regular Kiyora Fragrance Free and Natural Floral fragrance, both 14cm and 72 liners per pack. Luxury Absorption Ag, cotton and fertility-checking lines are outside its scope.

Check the purpose before the flowers and colours
おりものシート and パンティライナー mean pantyliner. Both selected official product pages direct users to use them on non-period days: 生理日以外にお使いください. Reading that instruction is more useful than identifying a category by packet colour.
For menstrual blood, look for an appropriate menstrual product, such as one labelled 生理用ナプキン. A period becoming lighter is not a reason to substitute these liners. For urine leakage, check that the product explicitly covers that purpose, rather than inferring suitability from thinness or an isolated reference to absorbing moisture.
What Fragrance Free and Natural Floral have in common
| Label item | Fragrance Free | Natural Floral |
|---|---|---|
| Japanese scent wording | 無香料 | ナチュラルフローラルの香り |
| Length | 14cm | 14cm |
| Pack count | 72 liners | 72 liners |
| Intended use | Pantyliner for non-period days | Pantyliner for non-period days |
| Listed topsheet materials | Polyester and polyethylene | Polyester and polyethylene; fragrance is listed separately |
Choose Fragrance Free if you prefer no added scent
If you prefer no added fragrance, look for 無香料 on the regular Kiyora product. This identifies a scent option, not a promise that it will suit everyone’s skin or need fewer changes. If coverage is your concern, consider whether the labelled 14cm length meets your needs.
Natural Floral changes the scent, not the length
The official materials list for Natural Floral includes fragrance, but its stated length and pack count match the unscented product here. Switching to a floral scent does not provide a longer liner. Nor does fragrance establish greater absorption or better hygiene. The packet’s “natural fragrance” wording is not a guarantee against irritation or a claim to prevent infection.
The Kiyora name appears on different product lines
贅沢吸収 Ag無香料, or Luxury Absorption Ag Fragrance Free, is a different product from the regular Kiyora 無香料 covered here. When reading a recommendation, check the full name rather than matching only the Kiyora logo, white packaging or 14cm label.
Do not transfer another line’s materials, pack count, antibacterial claims or liquid-absorption specifications to these two packets. This guide stays with the two verified products and does not assign them another product’s review scores, tested performance or wear experiences.
A shopping check for travel and everyday use
| Your situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| Reducing discharge soiling while out on a non-period day | Consider a liner if useful to you. Carry replacements, rather than one intended to last the whole outing. |
| Disliking scented intimate products | Look for regular Kiyora 無香料. Still pay attention to comfort; fragrance-free is not a promise against irritation. |
| Finding 14cm coverage insufficient | Switching scent between these two leaves the labelled length at 14cm. Reconsider purpose and coverage, not just packet colour. |
| Choosing a scent to hide a bodily change that concerns you | Scent is not a substitute for considering that change. This guide does not diagnose discharge or present fragrance as treatment. |
| Menstrual bleeding or a need for urine-leakage care | Return to the appropriate product category instead of substituting these regular liners. |
How to attach, change and dispose of a liner
- Open the individual wrapper. Both official product instructions say to remove the wrapper and the white backing paper to expose the adhesive.
- Attach the liner to underwear, not directly to your skin.
- SOFY’s liner guide advises frequent changes, including when soiling becomes noticeable, rather than waiting until the day is over.
- Wrap the used liner in its wrapper or toilet paper and put it in a sanitary-waste bin. Do not flush it.
The 14cm is a length and 72 is a pack count. Neither determines hours of wear or a compulsory number of liners per day. A lingering scent is not permission to keep wearing one. Keep travel spares in intact individual wrappers so they are easy to take out and are not soiled by loose storage.
Both product precautions instruct users to consult a doctor if the product does not suit their skin. Do not simply switch scent and keep tolerating discomfort. A breathable design does not establish suitability for every skin condition.
Four checks before paying
- Do you need a non-period-day liner, rather than a menstrual or urine-leakage product?
- Is the full name regular Kiyora, not Luxury Absorption or another line?
- Do the 14cm length and fragrance choice suit your needs?
- Do you have replacements and know how to wrap and bin used liners?
You do not need to make pantyliners a daily essential simply because a packet mentions cleanliness. This guide helps distinguish products and purposes. It is not a softness ranking or a promise about how your skin will respond.
